The 2013 Bloom N Art N Chalk Fest, a collection of bright colors, uncanny portraits and vivid vistas, was a feast for the eyes and for art lovers.

Avid Patcher and excellent photographer Judi Honiker was kind enough to upload this awesome collage to our Pics & Clips gallery, so it was the least I could do to feature this eye-catching piece of work here.
