1 Injured In Sarasota Shooting: Police
An early Sunday morning shooting left one person injured in Sarasota, police said.
SARASOTA, FL — An early Sunday morning shooting left one person injured, according to a Sarasota Police Department news release.
Officers responded to reports of gunfire in the intersection of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Way and Gillespie Avenue around 1 a.m.
The victim suffered non-life-threatening injuries and was treated at a nearby hospital.
