Anna's Deli Closing Siesta Village Location For University Park Move

Longtime Sarasota favorite will close its Siesta Key Village location at the end of May and open a new location in University Park in Manatee County, the deli announced on its Facebook page.

The deli's locations at 6535 Midnight Pass Road and 128 N. Orange Ave., will remain open, the restaurant announced.

The new location's address will be at 8207 Tourist Center Drive, where Scoop Daddy's and World of Beer is located, just north of University Parkway, and west of Interstate 75.

The Siesta Key Village location has been open for 41 years at 217 Avenida Madera, and the restaurant said on Facebook it's excited for the new location:

"We thank you all for all your support and patronage over the years!! We are looking forward to serving you for decades more to come!!!!"
