Apply Soon For Sarasota Hurricane Loss Mitigation Grant

SARASOTA, FL — Sarasota residents have the opportunity to apply for hurricane relief grants, but the deadline is approaching soon: Sunday, Oct. 29.

The grant has been offered to help residents install hurricane-resistant roofs, windows and doors. The city has received $194,000.

Not everyone who applies is guaranteed to receive funds. If you have questions about the program, call 941-951-3640 and dial 0.
