Sarasota Police Revive Holiday Lights Video Featuring Patrol Cars: WATCH
An annual video featuring Sarasota police patrol vehicles and their lights synced up to holiday music returned this year.
SARASOTA, FL — The Sarasota Police Department has revived a holiday tradition - an annual video featuring its patrol vehicles lit up in sync with holiday music. (Watch this year’s video below.)
This year’s video, released Thursday, features the vehicles lighting up to match the energy of an upbeat instrumental version of “Jingle Bells.”
“Cue the lights, the music and just a little holiday magic,” the department wrote in a social media post debuting the video.

The holiday video series launched in 2019 and after a brief hiatus, returned this season.
“Get ready for flashing lights, festive fun and more holiday spirit than your neighbor’s 12-foot inflatable snowman,” the department wrote.
