Found a great tool for stiff hands/opening jars (wanted to share)

Hi neighbors, just wanted to share a quick tip. I've been struggling with arthritis in my hands lately (especially with this humid weather). My physical therapist recommended I try a 'gyroscope ball' to strengthen my grip without heavy weights.

I picked up one called the Vital Wrist Ball a few weeks ago, and it's actually helped me open jars again without asking for help. It’s basically a ball that spins and creates resistance. Just thought I'd share in case anyone else here is dealing with stiff hands or wrist pain from golf/pickleball. It’s been a game changer for me.
