Florida Sets Another 1-Day Record In Coronavirus Cases
Florida set another one-day record for coronavirus cases on Thursday.

TALLAHASSEE, FL — Florida set another one-day record for coronavirus cases Thursday as health officials reported 3,207 new cases over the previous 24-hour period.
This was the second day this week Florida set a record for a one-day spike in new cases with the previous record of 2,783 cases set on Tuesday.
Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis has blamed the increase largely on increased testing of people who are asymptomatic. He told reporters earlier this week he had no plans to roll back the state's reopening.
