TAMPA BAY, FL — Looking for something fun to do this weekend? There’s something for every interest — from a fundraising poker run to a chalk festival to Kentucky Derby-inspired events.

Tampa Riverfest

This two-day free event spans the entire length of the Tampa Riverwalk and features family-friendly activities and events showcasing the city’s cultural institutions, local musicians and restaurants. The festival includes the Taste of Riverwalk on Friday night and Taco Fest on Saturday.

Country Thunder Tour

This three-day country music festival comes to Tampa Friday through Sunday and features headliners Riley Green, Blake Shelton and Jelly Roll.

Bend & Bloom: A Garden Yoga Benefit

This restorative yoga class in the HEP Vertical Garden in Clearwater raises funds for the nonprofit organization. The event, which takes place Saturday at 9 a.m., includes breakfast bites and tea grown in the garden.

Southwest Florida Honor Flight Poker Run

This poker run kicks off Saturday, 9 a.m., at Adrenaline Harley-Davidson in Sarasota and raises funds for Southwest Florida Honor Flight, which flies veterans to Washington, D.C. Stops include Salty Jim’s. Paddy Wagon Irish Pub, The O Bar, Bahi Hut Tiki Lounge and Mission BBQ.

Doll & Toy Show

The Venice Doll Club and FX Toy Shows have partnered to organize this Doll & Toy Show on Saturday, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., at VFW Sunshine Post 3233 in Sarasota.

Tampa Bay Chalk Festival

More than 25 community artists will participate in the third annual Tampa Bay Chalk Festival in St. Petersburg’s Deuces neighborhood. This year’s theme is “Our Watery Futures.”

International Astronomy Day

The Bishop Museum of Science & Nature in Bradenton celebrates International Astronomy Day on Saturday. Blast off for a day packed with thrilling activities: design your own mission patch, build and launch straw rockets, explore real space rocks, journey through live Planetarium shows, and witness the power of the sun through solar telescopes. Doors open at 10 a.m.

Downtown Sarasota Spring Craft Fair

A variety of jewelry, pottery, ceramics, photography, painting, clothing and much more will be on display Saturday and Sunday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., in downtown Sarasota. An expansive Green Market with plants, orchids, exotic flora, handmade soaps, gourmet spices and freshly popped kettle corn will also be a part of the fair.

Florida Wiener Dog Derby

The Florida Wiener Dog Derby takes place Saturday, 11 a.m., at Tampa’s Curtis Hixon Waterfront Park to raise funds for local dachshund and animal rescue organizations. It features eight total racing divisions, seven of which are dedicated to dachshunds.

J.C. Newman Founder’s Day

This iconic cigar factory celebrates its founding on Saturday, 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., with tours, a Cuban-sandwich eating contest, family activities, food trucks, cigar deals and more.

Derby at the Pier

Dress to impress in your finest derby attire for this Kentucky Derby event hosted by 13 Ugly Men at the St. Pete Pier. The event will raise money for CASA, Academy Prep and the Children’s Dream Fund.

This immersive experience brings together ceramics and fashion on Saturday, 6 p.m., at the Morean Center for Clay in St. Petersburg.

Mamapalooza Family Festival

This free family festival is for moms and the people who love them. The day includes live music, activities, raffle prizes, health and wellness information, vendors, and more.

Colors of the Rainbow Wearable Art Show

The Safety Harbor Art and Music Center hosts this wearable art fashion show Sunday, 6 to 8 p.m., as a fundraiser for the organization’s ARTreach program.
