Man Charged With Murder In Sarasota Shooting: Police
A man was charged with murder connected to a Saturday afternoon shooting, police said.
SARASOTA, FL — A man was arrested and faces charges related to a Saturday afternoon shooting near Hart’s Landing, according to a Sarasota Police Department news release.
Richard Minor, 66, was taken into custody Sunday and charged with murder and aggravated assault with a firearm.
The shooting happened in the 900 block of John Ringling Causeway just after 2:30 p.m.
