Missing Child Alert Issued For Florida Teen

FORT MYERS, FL — The Florida Department of Law Enforcement is asking for help locating a missing Fort Myers girl.

According to the agency, Macenziee Schmandt, 15, was last seen in the 14100 block of Caribbean Boulevard on May 12. The teen was last seen wearing a black shirt and khaki pants.

Authorities say Macenziee should “not be approached” if she is seen. Rather, residents are asked to call the Lee County Sheriff’s Office at 239-477-1000 or 911.
