Sarasota's annual Memorial Day Parade honored veterans who sacrificed their lives for freedom and those returning home from overseas.

The parade made its way down Main Street to Gulfstream Avenue featuring the Sarasota Military Academy, Veterans of Foreign War, American Legion, Daughters of the American Revolution and more.
