Police Look For Art Lover In Sarasota
Police are looking for an art lover of sorts who stole a painting and artistic mirror from a Sarasota business.

SARASOTA, FL — Police are looking for an art lover of sorts who stole a painting and artistic mirror from a Sarasota business last week.
"The business owner believes the suspect, who was caught on camera stealing the painting and artistic mirror, stole them sometime between 8 a.m. on Aug. 13, 2019 and 5 p.m. on Aug. 14, 2019," explained Genevieve Judge of the Sarasota Police Department.
Judge said the painting and mirror are valued at $2,000. The female thief can be seen on surveillance images examining the painting before taking it with her.

The Sarasota Police Department released surveillance images of the woman and asked for the public's help in finding the artsy thief.
The theft took place in the 300 block of John Ringling Boulevard.
