SARASOTA, FL - A retired Walmart CEO has bought an $11.25 million home in Sarasota.

H. Lee Scott Jr., who served as CEO from 2000 to 2009, and his wife bought a 6,576-square-foot home on Bird Key, according to the Tampa Bay Business Journal.

The sale of the home, which was completed in 2021, set the record for the highest home sale on the key.
