Sarasota Store Robbed at Knifepoint
A store on Tuttle Avenue was held up by a man wielding a 6-inch knife Wednesday night.

SARASOTA, FL — The Sarasota County Sheriff’s Office is looking for help identifying a man its deputies say held up a USA Mini Mart at knifepoint Wednesday night.
According to the agency, the man went into the 3621 S. Tuttle Ave. store around 9:50 p.m. Oct. 26 with a 6-inch knife. The man demanded cash from the clerk, deputies say.
Following the incident, the man fled in an unknown direction. No injuries were reported.
