Owners say its regular customers have followed them to the new space.

Shore Closes inn Sarasota After Hurricanes
Shore, a St. Armands Circle staple, shut its doors on Dec. 1 weeks after Hurricanes Helene and Milton ravaged the area, the Sarasota Herald-Tribune reported.
The restaurant cited the hurricanes and also delayed infrastructure repairs by the city for the closure of its second-floor eatery and its downtown clothing store which shared the same name.
The restaurant reopened in mid-October, while the shop remained closed. Now, both are permanently closed.
