A turn lane on the bridge is being used for southbound traffic due to the break.

A precautionary boil advisory has been issued, though officials don't believe drinking water was contaminated. Water should be brought to a rolling boil for one minute. Boiling the tap water disinfects it, destroying harmful microorganisms. Bottled water can be used as an alternative to boiling tap water.

Water customers in the affected area will be notified by another automated telephone call when the boil water advisory is canceled.
