TAMPA BAY, FL — Looking for something fun to do this weekend? There’s something for every interest — from St. Patrick’s Day festivals and parades to art studio and garden tours to a free country music festival.
Sarasota County Fair
The annual Sarasota County Fair kicks off Friday and runs through March 23 at Sarasota County Fairgrounds. The event includes fair rides, food, entertainment and livestock exhibits.

Bulls and Brews by the Bay
The University of South Florida’s St. Petersburg campus hosts its second annual Bulls and Brews by the Bay on Friday, 4:30 to 7:30 p.m. All funds raised will be applied to student scholarships.

Paddy O’ Furniture Concert
Paddy O’ Furniture will perform traditional Irish music Friday, 7:30 p.m., at this St. Patrick’s Day celebration at Shuffle in Tampa.

St. Petersburg’s Historic Old Northeast neighborhood hosts its annual yard sale Saturday, 8 a.m. to noon. The morning of the sale, a map with locations and items for sale will be available at honna.org.

The Artist Enclave of Historic Kenwood in St. Petersburg hosts its annual Tour of the Arts on Saturday and Sunday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. This free, self-guided tour is open to the public. This is a unique, once-a-year opportunity not only to browse and collect the best local art from the artists themselves, but to chat one-on-one with creators.

Explore more than 100 artists, psychics, crafters, oddities, food trucks and other vendors at the Florida State Fairgrounds in Tampa on Saturday, 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.

DIY sellers and artists take over the Sarasota Municipal Auditorium on Saturday and Sunday, 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Items for sale include art, vinyl records and cassettes, toys, retro video games, comic books, memorabilia, and more.
Paddy Fest St. Pete
Celebrate all things Irish at St. Petersburg’s Williams park on Saturday, 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. There will be bag pipers, Irish stepdancers, corned beef and cabbage, a kids zone, Irish whiskey tasting, leprechaun wrestling, and more.
Irish Celtic Festival
The annual Irish Celtic Park at Greenbrook Adventure Park in Lakewood Ranch is set for Saturday, 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. There will be food, Irish beer and whiskey, live entertainment, a relay race, and a Lucky Dog Parade.
Hooters and Hounds Pet Adoption Event
Hooters of Sarasota has partnered with the Humane Society of Sarasota County to host this pet adoption event on Saturday, noon to 3 p.m.
Country in the Park
The Marshall Tucker Band headlines this free concert on Saturday, noon to 10 p.m. at England Brothers Park in Pinellas Park.
St. Patrick’s Day Parade
