Teen Killed In Shooting At Sarasota County Park: Sheriff
A 17-year-old boy was killed in a shooting at Twin Lakes Park in Sarasota early Sunday, the sheriff's office said.
SARASOTA, FL — A 17-year-old boy died after being shot at Twin Lakes Park in Sarasota early Sunday morning, according to a Sarasota County Sheriff’s Office news release.
A second victim is still being treated Monday for his injuries from the shooting, which happened just after 1 a.m.
The shooting remains under investigation by the SCSO Criminal Investigation Section.
