Watch: Donald Trump’s Rally in West Palm Beach, Florida

Republican Donald Trump took the stage in West Palm Beach, Florida, Thursday at noon.

WEST PALM BEACH, FL — Republican presidential hopeful Donald Trump is wrapped up his campaign’s Florida tour with a stop in West Palm Beach Thursday. Behind in the polls and reeling from recent controversies, Trump has a schedule packed with events across the country over the next few days.

Trump made two Sunshine State stops Wednesday in his push to gain an edge in the polls. The first brought him to Ocala, and the second to Lakeland Linder Airport, where heat and a heavy crowd reportedly led to a few emergency calls for paramedics.

Trump has been fighting an uphill battle in the polls following two presidential debates and a bombshell release of a video in which the New York businessman made lewd comments about women. Once running neck-and-neck with Democrat challenger Hillary Clinton, Trump is now down by 6.2 percentage points nationally, according to Thursday’s RealClear Politics average.

With the Nov. 8 election looming, scandals have been flying fast and furious related to both candidates. Trump nosedived in polling following the video’s release and the two debates. Women are also coming forward, accusing Trump of being too grabby with his hands.

One of those accounts was published by the Palm Beach Post. A woman said she was groped by Trump at his Mar-a-Lago resort.

Clinton, too, has also faced her share of controversy in recent days. A release of what are purported to be excerpts from her Wall Street speeches has grabbed headlines across the country. One email related to the Wikileaks release reportedly noted Clinton saying, “you need to have a private and public position on policy.”
