Waterfront FL Mansion Sells For $30.3M In 25 Days, Sets Residential Sale Record
Serenissima, a 19,300-square-foot waterfront mansion in Longboat Key, sold for $30.3 million after 25 days on the market.

LONGBOAT KEY, FL — A Gulf-front estate that closed for $30.3 million set a new residential sale record in Longboat Key — that’s nearly $10 million more than the previous record, according to a Coldwell Banker Realty news release.
The mansion, known as Serenissima, which translates to “the most serene” in Italian, was on the market for just 25 days before closing at the record-high price tag. It last sold in 2020 for $16.5 million.
Judy Kepecz-Hays of Coldwell Banker represented the buyer in the all-cash deal.

The previous record for Longboat Key was set in 2024 with the $21 million sale of a St. Regis resort condominium.

Located in the gated community of Longboat Key Club at 845 Longboat Club Road, the 19,300-square-foot mansion blends Venetian grandeur with coastal luxury, Coldwell Banker said.
Built in 2005, the estate boasts six bedrooms, six full and two half bathrooms, a 12-car garage, and 145 feet of private beach frontage.
Other features include: a marble-clad entry hall crowned by a glass dome, a grand salon that can host 100 guests, hand-painted Venetian murals, a 10-seat home theater, and a sunroom which overlooks the infinity-edge pool and the Gulf.
