The 9-year-old boy hurt in a pedestrian accident Thursday evening is being treated for non-life-threatening injuries.
TAMPA, FL - A 9-year-old boy hurt in a pedestrian accident Thursday evening is being treated for non-life-threatening injuries and was alert at the hospital, police said. The accident occurred on Bruce B. Downs Boulevard at Bearss Avenue in Tampa.
The driver of the vehicle stayed at the scene and is cooperating with deputies.
Temporary road closures may occur in the area and motorists are advised to use alternate routes.
