BayCare Medical Group Welcomes Dr. Norele Cutrera

TAMPA, FL — Norele Cutrera, MD, has joined BayCare Medical Group at 2727 W. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., Blvd., Suite 320, in Tampa. She is joining Dr. Richard Cain, Dr. John Chan, Dr. Anthony Florschutz and Dr. Eric James at the practice.

Cutrera is board certified in orthopedic surgery and is a fellowship-trained orthopedic trauma surgeon affiliated with St. Joseph’s Hospital. She is accepting patients 18 years and older.

Cutrera diagnoses musculoskeletal system injuries and disorders and performs pelvic and acetabular fracture surgery. In addition to handling these traumas, she also treats sports injuries, degenerative diseases and infections.

An accomplished author, Cutrera has contributed numerous articles to peer-reviewed publications such as the “Journal of Clinical Orthopedic Trauma’’ and the “Journal of Trauma.’’

Cutrera received her doctor of medicine from New York Medical College in Valhalla, New York, followed by an orthopedic surgery residency at Albert Einstein College of Medicine/Montefiore Medical Center in the Bronx, New York. She continued her medical education by completing an orthopedic trauma fellowship at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee.
