Florida Christian Athletes To Compete At Bucs Training Facility
Florida Hospital announced that it is partnering with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers to present the fifth annual King of Kings 7 on 7 Tournament,

TAMPA, FL -- Florida Hospital announced that it is partnering with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers to present the fifth annual King of Kings 7 on 7 Tournament for the Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA) of Tampa Bay.
The community is invited to witness more than 150 high school students showcase their love of faith and football on the gridiron at the new Tampa Bay Buccaneers indoor training facility, located at One Buc Place, on Saturday, July 21, from 8 a.m. to 6:25 p.m. and Sunday, July 22, from 1 to 4:55 p.m.
“As a faith-based organization, Florida Hospital has the unique opportunity to strengthen our community partnerships through the support of these athletes,” said Mike Schultz, president and CEO, Florida Hospital, West Florida Division of Adventist Health. “The integrity, service, teamwork, excellence and ministry showcased by the coaches and athletes of FCA are a direct reflection of our core beliefs to truly make our community greater as a whole.”

The two-day competition, which includes the Bucs Experience, Tampa Bay Buccaneer players, food trucks, vendors and giveaways, brings together 24 teams from the greater Tampa Bay area to compete for the coveted tournament title.
“FCA Tampa Bay is very excited and extremely thankful to be partnering with Florida Hospital and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers to host this tournament,” said Steve Young, metro area director of the FCA Tampa Bay. “Our goals for this event are to have a spiritual impact on all who participate, to insure everyone who attends has a memorable experience, and to increase awareness and support for our ministry to area coaches and athletes.”
