A black labrador retriever was found in Seminole Heights this morning, according to resident Catherine Boney.
The dog was found on Boney's porch on Comanche Avenue near Highland Avenue, just north of Hillsborough Avenue in Seminole Heights.
The good-natured boy has been given plenty of food, water and shade, Boney said.
