SEMINOLE HEIGHTS, FL — Tampa police are warning residents in the ZooTampa Lowry Park area to be sure to lock their doors and remove all valuables from their cars, including firearms.

Within a 24-hour period on Sunday, a number of auto burglaries occurred in the area, especially in neighborhoods off Sligh Avenue and near ZooTampa.

If anyone sees anything suspicious, they should call the Tampa police at 813-231-6130.
