Vacant Commercial Building In Seminole Heights Catches Fire

TAMPA, FL — Tampa Fire Rescue spent Tuesday morning fighting a fire at a vacant commercial building in Seminole Heights.

At 7:55 a.m., firefighters were called to the 6900 block of North Nebraska Avenue and found heavy smoke and flames coming from the vacant building. Firefighters had the blaze under control within 20 minutes.

Fire investigators are trying to determine the cause of the fire.
