Variety Show To Raise Funds For Drinking Water For Needy People

LVL Up Dance and Fitness at 6119 N. Florida Ave., Tampa, will host The Super Big Show! a fundraiser for the nonprofit Wine to Water.

SEMINOLE HEIGHTS, FL -- LVL Up Dance and Fitness at 6119 N. Florida Ave., Tampa, will host The Super Big Show! a fundraiser for the nonprofit Wine to Water, Saturday, Aug. 11 from 8 to 10 p.m.

The Super Big Show! is a culmination of artists and live performers joined together to entertain and raise awareness of the world water crisis. All proceeds from this event will be donated to Wine to Water to help institute clean water sources for areas in need.

Tickets are $15 and include food and a beverage (wine, water, soda or beer).

Wine to Water is a nonprofit organization founded by Doc Hendley, a musician and bartender who came up with the idea while playing music in nightclubs around Raleigh, N.C.

Founded in 2009, the organization now raises funds to install drinking water systems in third-world countries including the Sudan, Darfur, Colombia, Nepal and the Dominican Republic.
