4 Charged In USF Student’s Drug Death: U.S. Dept. Of Justice
Four Tampa men are accused of giving fentanyl after a USF student's drug-related death, the U.S. Department of Justice said.
TAMPA, FL — Four people were charged in the fentanyl-related death of a University of South Florida student.
Miguel Cintron, 36; Marquise Trant, 35; David Chudha buddhi, 37; and Darrius Gustafson, 20, all of Tampa, were charged with conspiracy to distribute fentanyl resulting in death and distribution of fentanyl over 40 grams, according to a U.S. Department of Justice news release.
Cintron is also charged with possession with intent to distribute over 5 kilograms of cocaine and being a felon in possession of a firearm.

If convicted on all counts, each faces a minimum mandatory sentence of 20 years, up to life, in federal prison.
