Brandon Man Indicted In Overdose Death Caused by Cocaine, Fentanyl Mix
Brandon Lewis Graham was indicted after a person he sold a mix of cocaine and fentanyl to died of an overdose, according to the indictment.
TAMPA, FL — A 42-year-old Brandon man has been indicted in federal court on charges of distributing a mixture of cocaine and fentanyl, resulting in an overdose death.
United States Attorney Roger B. Handberg announced the return of an indictment charging Brandon Lewis Graham with distribution of a mixture of cocaine and fentanyl which, resulting in an overdose death, and possession with the intent to distribute fentanyl.
If convicted, Graham faces a minimum mandatory penalty of 20 years up to life in federal prison for the distribution of cocaine and fentanyl resulting in a death and up to 20 years in federal prison for the possession with intent to distribute offense.

The indictment also notifies Graham that the United States intends to forfeit any assets, which are traceable to proceeds from the offenses.
According to the indictment, on March 30, 2022, Graham distributed a mixture of cocaine and fentanyl to an person who died after ingesting the substance, and, on Aug. 3, 2022, Graham was charged with possessing fentanyl with the intent to distribute it.

This case was investigated by the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office and the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
