Busch Gardens Mardi Gras Returns For Weekend Festivities
Guests can enjoy a variety of food items and libations on select weekends at the Tampa theme park.

TAMPA, FL – Mardi Gras has returned to Busch Gardens Tampa Bay and will run every weekend through March 2, 2025, including Monday, Jan. 20. Guests can enjoy a festive atmosphere with Mardi Gras-style entertainment, upbeat live music and catching festival beads after each parade. Mardi Gras festivities are included with park theme admission at no additional cost.
There will be Cajun-inspired cuisine including popular festival dishes, such as Shrimp Creole, Po’ Boy Sandwiches, Crawfish Étouffée and Beignets. There will also be a taste of Bourbon Street with handcrafted cocktails like Hurricanes and other refreshing libations. As with other big events the theme park is selling a 5-item food and beverage sampler for $40 each and passholders can enjoy a 6-item food and beverage sampler. The samplers are valid from Jan. 11 to Mar. 2.
Theme park annual passe start at $14.25/month + tax with no down payment. Pass Members can enjoy a number of annual events including Mardi Gras, the Food & Wine Festival and Bourbon & BBQ—all included with park admission. This year, Busch Gardens Pass Members will be the first to experience Wild Oasis, the park’s newest immersive realm before it opens to the public in the spring.
