The sheriff’s office announced the joint effort, but isn’t saying what parts of the county law enforcement officers plan to focus on. The agency’s Blood Alcohol Testing unit, however, will be parked in the 2000 block of Fowler Avenue, an email from the sheriff’s office said.
The multi-agency DUI saturation patrol is part of “our continuing joint mission to identity and apprehend impaired drivers in order to make our roadways safer for all drivers,” the email added.
