Tampa City Hall, Municipal Service Centers and Other Government Facilities: Closed Wednesday and Thursday. Tampa Solid Waste and Recycling Collection: There will be no collection on Wednesday and Thursday. Thursday's residential trash and recycling collection will take place on Friday and Friday's pick-up will happen on Saturday. Tampa-Hillsborough County Public Libraries: Bruton Memorial Library is closed on Wednesday. Bruton Memorial Library, Temple Terrace Public Library, and all branches of the Tampa-Hillsborough County Public Library are closed Thursday. Hillsborough County Public Schools and District Offices: Schools closed through Jan. 4. Staff returns to schools on Jan. 5 and students return to the classroom on Jan. 6. HART: Buses and streetcars will operate on a holiday schedule, which is the same as Sunday, on Thursday. The paratransit service is offered as needed.
