VALRICO, FL — A woman’s estranged husband killed himself and her boyfriend early Thursday morning in Valrico, according to a Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office news release.

HCSO dispatchers received a call just before 4 a.m. from a woman about a disturbance in her home. In the background, they heard an argument between the woman, her estranged husband and her boyfriend.

A 12-year-old boy inside the home, which is in the 2400 block of Drake Elm Terrace, called 911 not long after this to say his father had broken in. Moments later, gunshots were heard, the sheriff’s office said.
