FL Students Head Back To School: Photo Of The Week
To commemorate back-to-school week, Patch put together a collection of pictures taken by Florida parents and school staff.

FLORIDA — Most of Florida's 67 public school districts began the 2023-24 school year this week. To commemorate the occasion, school districts invited parents, teachers and staff to post back-to-school photos on the school districts' Facebook pages, and were rewarded with an overwhelming number of shots of kids excitedly returning to the classroom. Here is just a sampling of those photos.
The Florida Patch sites publish a collection of Photos of the Week each weekend sent in by readers.
Whether you snapped an amazing shot with your smartphone or spent hours capturing the decisive moment on a Nikon D6, send your photos to Tampa Bay Patch editor D'Ann White at dann.white@patch.com with the location of the photo and the name of the photographer.
