1. Bare Naked Kitchen, a fast-casual healthy concept, is now open at 3915 Henderson Boulevard in South Tampa. Chef Chris Ponte and Outback Steakhouse co-founder Bob Basham opened the first Bare Naked Kitchen in Tallahassee. Breakfast is served on weekends. (That's So Tampa)

2. Non-profit, Green Book of Tampa Bay, is celebrating its third anniversary with a Harlem Nights Anniversary Brunch. The brunch will take place on Saturday, March 5th at The Studio@620 with food, music, casino games, and more. 3. Retired Tampa mounted patrol horse Mr. Bill, also known as Bishop, has died, the Tampa Police department announced on Thursday. He was nearly 33 years old. Mr. Bill was seen at community outreach demonstrations and school programs and spent time in Historic Ybor City with the force. (Tampa Patch)

4. 58 workers are losing their jobs at Peloton’s Lakeland facility as the exercise bike company lays off thousands around the world. 2020 was a record year for the company as revenue for luxury bikes soared 66%, but the public has lost interest as pandemic fatigue kicks in. (WFLA)

5. Hip-hop artist Corey Thornton is inspiring the next generation with educational raps. Thornton started out wanting to be a barber, but joined the musical theater program at Gibbs High School where he found his passion for the arts. (Fox 13 Tampa)
