3. Tarpon Springs police are investigating after a man was found dead in the woods on Saturday afternoon. The body was found around 1:45 p.m. off the Pinellas Trail between the area of Meres Boulevard and Curlew Road, according to a release from the department. (WTSP)
4. A New Port Richey man was arrested on a felony charge Saturday after authorities said he threw a hot dog at an officer who was warning him of violating a city ordinance, arrest documents said. Jason Stoll, 47, was selling hot dogs on the roadway Saturday at midnight after his street closure permit ended, according to police. (WFLA)
5. The Tampa Bay Lightning announced Friday the team has re-signed forward Nick Paul to a 7-year contract extension with an average annual value of $3.15 million. Paul played in all 23 playoff games with nine goals and nine points in those games. (ABC Action News)
