1. A 34-year-old Tampa man, Nicholas Primo, has pleaded guilty to selling a mixture of heroin and fentanyl that killed a man in the garage of the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino. U.S. Attorney Roger B. Handberg said Primo faces a maximum sentence of 20 years in federal prison. A sentencing date has not been set. (Tampa Patch)

2. Polk County Public Schools is conducting a review of 16 library books whose content has been formally challenged. The superintendent of schools said, due to legal implications, he ordered the books be temporarily pulled from library shelves to allow time for a review. (Fox 13 Tampa)

3. Tampa Electric price increases will take effect for customers starting in April. Residential customers who use 1,000 kilowatt hours of electricity a month will see their bills jump from $120.91 to $131.87, according to the commission and the utility. Duke customers are also experiencing an increase in rates. (Creative Loafing Tampa)

4. Trophy Fish will take over the old Bodega space in Seminole Heights. Guests can enjoy oysters, grouper sandwiches and cocktails. The concept was founded in 2017 by Ryan Griffin and partners Blake Thompson and Bill Griffin. (That's So Tampa)

5. Epiphany of Our Lord Ukrainian Catholic Church is working to help people suffering in Ukraine. Tampa non-profits Course of Action and Help Me Donate, have teamed up with the church to send hygiene products and first aid kits to refugees fleeing the country. Organizers are asking for the donations to be packed in large Ziploc bags. (WFLA)
