Man Exposed Himself At Tampa-Area Park: Hillsborough County Sheriff

TOWN ‘N’ COUNTRY, FL — A man was arrested Tuesday for exposing himself at a Tampa-area public park, according to a Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office news release.

Deputies with the Sexual Predator Unit were patrolling parks on Tuesday when they received a call about a sexual offense in progress at Town ‘N’ Country Greenway Park.

A victim walking along the pedestrian trail called 911 after they saw a man who had exposed himself and was engaging in lewd sexual behavior, the sheriff’s office said.

Deputies went to the park, where they found Dudane Anderson III, 26, and arrested him.

He was charged with exposure of sexual organs, and also arrested on two active warrants issued for failure to obey written promise to appear - battery and failure to obey written promise to appear - petit theft.

“This kind of obscene behavior is unacceptable and will not be tolerated in our community," Sheriff Chad Chronister said. “Families visit parks to enjoy time together, and children should feel safe while playing. Thanks to the quick response of our deputies, this individual was quickly taken into custody."
