Michelin-Starred Lilac Offers Diners New A La Carte Option At The Tampa EDITION

Diners can choose between the tasting menu and an à la carte option for those who want to select their own options or try a few items.

TAMPA, FL - The award-winning Lilac at The Tampa EDITION in Water Street Tampa is an expanded menu format for diners with a chef-curated tasting menu with an eight-course guided exploration of Lilac’s most refined expressions as well as a new à la carte option, designed for guests who wish to create their own dining adventure. Lilac is led by Chef and Restaurateur John Fraser of JF Restaurants.

New dishes at Lilac include Diver Scallop served with pine nut–preserved lemon risotto and rosemary embers; Caramelle Cacio e Pepe with baby squashes and piquillo peppers; Scamp Grouper a la plancha with Vesuvian tomato puttanesca and roasted eggplant caviar.

The Tampa EDITION has received a MICHELIN Key as well as accolades from Travel & Leisure and Fodor’s. Lilac has retained its One MICHELIN Star for the third year in a row as part of the 2025 Florida Michelin Guide.

Lilac is located at 500 Channelside Drive, Tampa, Florida, 33602 and is open from Tuesday to Saturday from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.
