TAMPA, FL — A 44-year-old Tampa man is dead following an early Friday morning crash on Interstate 275.  According to the Florida Highway Patrol, Leonel Pena was heading westbound on Interstate 4 around 3:12 a.m. Oct. 14 on a Suzuki motorcycle. As Pena entered the junction to southbound Interstate 275, troopers say he failed to negotiate the curve and hit the guardrail.    Pena, a highway patrol report said, was thrown from the bike.
