Need An Umbrella? Hillsborough County Has You Covered
Hillsborough County is offering free rental umbrellas for visitors to various downtown Tampa locations.

TAMPA, FL – Getting soaked leaving the Sheraton Riverwalk? Blinded by the sun heading to Bamboozle Café? Hillsborough County has you covered.
County representatives dropped off blue and clear umbrellas embossed with the Hillsborough County logo for residents and visitors to use while in downtown Tampa. The county is lending the umbrellas to pedestrians in hopes for people to discover more destinations to visit.
All Hillsborough County asks in return for borrowing the umbrella is to post a picture of it out on the town on social media using the hashtag #HCGotYouCovered. Although posting a picture isn’t a requirement, bringing the umbrella back to a participating location is.
