Orlando City SC Vs Inter Miami CF: 2-2 Preseason Draw Highlights
The match was the first visit to Tampa in club history for the Lions.
TAMPA, FL – Orlando City SC drew Inter Miami CF in a 2-2 tie at Raymond James Stadium on Friday night to end the Lions’ preseason fixtures. The match marked the first-ever appearance by the Lions in Club history at Tampa’s Raymond James Stadium, which was the prior home of the now disbanded Tampa Bay Mutiny MLS charter member.
Orlando City was backed by an opening goal from Martín Ojeda in the first half and a second-half finish from Ramiro Enrique. Ojeda provided the assist on the Enrique goal, giving him two goal contributions on the night to end the preseason and gain momentum headed into the 2025 campaign.
“The dynamic of the game was close to what we expected during the season. We are happy with the performance. There are a bunch of positive signs we see from our team and the game that we want to put together and take a week of work in training and see if we can get better. We are happy. I thought we got the objectives accomplished,” said Orlando City SC Head Coach Oscar Pareja.
