Pierhouse Development Unveiled in Channelside District
Pierhouse is in the center of Channelside in Tampa, and includes an urban art park, gym, spa and landscaped courtyards.

On Thursday morning, city officials will celebrate the opening of a "multifamily project" called Pierhouse in Tampa's Channelside District.
From 10 a.m. to noon on Sept. 12, Jorge Perez, CEO and founder of The Related Group, will join Mayor Bob Buckhorn and Related Group President Steve Patterson to present the project.
Pierhouse is a 356-unit development with four-story wood frame buildings and 4,800 square feet of leasable retail. The project, designed by MSA Architects, includes a sun and pool deck area, an urban art park, a gym, a spa, landscaped courtyards and other amenities.
“Tampa’s continued job growth and strong vision for the District made this location a natural for Pierhouse,” said Arturo Peña, Vice President and Development Manager of Related Development, in a press release about the event. “Pierhouse brings more residents to an area that is growing more and more popular as it reaches critical mass. We are proud to play a part in this.”
