  1. DK Farms and Gardens is launching their "Goats, Golf & Good Times" this summer on Saturday nights. The events will include fun and entertainment and starts May 27. Guests can enjoy animals at the farm including goats, chickens, ponies, donkeys, cows, llamas, pigs, and more. (That's So Tampa)
  2. A small group of protesters rallied in Tampa this weekend against Senate Bill 300, which will ban abortions in Florida after six weeks. The proposed bill has already passed the Florida Senate and is waiting on a House vote. It has the support of Gov. Ron DeSantis. The bill depneds on whether the Florida Supreme Court upholds a 15-week ban being challenged in court. (Bay News 9)
  3. Expired salad kits sold in grocery stores, including Publix locations in Tampa, have been recalled due to listeria concerns, according to the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). The brands include French Express Caesar Chopped Kit and Chopped Kit Chipotle Cheddar, as well as Publix Makoto Honey Ginger Salad Kit. (WFLA)
  4. Firefighters responded to a commercial fire on Sunday morning at an International House of Pancakes (IHOP) located at 3660 Commercial Way in Hernando County. Authorities believe the fire came from the kitchen area of the restaurnat. No one was injured in the fire. (ABC Action News)
  5. An ambulance with a patient onboard crashed while on the way to a local hospital in Tampa on Sunday morning, according to the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP). Authorities said the driver realized they took the wrong exit and tried to get back on the highway, hitting a guardrail and flipping into northbound lanes. Three people were injured in the incident.
