Ribbon-Cutting Marks Completion Of Marina Pointe Tower One In Tampa

TAMPA, FL — Real estate developer and land investment firm BTI Partners hosted a ribbon-cutting ceremony last week for Marina Pointe's Tower One.

Located on Tampa Bay, the high rise is the first of three planned towers within the Westshore Marina District in South Tampa.

Tower Two is currently taking reservations with construction anticipated to begin next year.

Marina Pointe is home to one of the few private, full-service deep-water marinas with direct access to the Gulf of Mexico. It has been the catalyst for Tampa’s luxury development boom.

The Emerging Housing Markets Index by the Wall Street Journal/Realtor.com recently ranked Tampa as the second best luxury-home market in the United States, shortly after Forbes named Tampa the best place to live in Florida.

Noah Breakstone, CEO of BTI Partners, and Tampa Mayor Jane Castor, arrived at the event in style aboard a yacht provided by Marine Max.

Spanning 52 acres, this master-planned community has revitalized a once-forgotten area of Tampa's waterfront, transforming it into a sought-after destination. As residents settle into Tower One, yachts have begun arriving as many owners are docking their vessels at Marina Pointe's private marina on a 13-acre deep-water basin. With floating docks, the marina can accommodate vessels from 40 feet in length to 90 feet. While most public and private marinas in Florida have a waiting list, Marina Pointe owners can dock their yachts in their privately-owned boat slip on their doorsteps.
