1. Tampa Police said a person is in custody after a deadly hit-and-run involving a bicyclist on Sunday night. Joel Weaver, 27, admitted to being the driver of the vehicle involved and said he knowingly left the scene after hitting the 61-year-old victim. (Tampa Patch, ABC Action News)

2. The Tampa-Hillsborough County Public Library reported more than one million digital checkouts during the first half of 2022, an increase of 8% from its previous record in the first half of 2020. From January 1 to June 15, library patrons borrowed a record 1,053,805 eBooks, audiobooks and digital magazines. (Tampa Patch)

3. Hillsborough County School District is launching a series of community conversations to talk about a proposed millage or increased property tax on the August ballot. The conversations will happen from July 12 to August 2 as the county seeks to address a school funding gap. (ABC Action News)

4. The average price around the Tampa Bay area was $4.36 on Sunday, according to data collected from Gasbuddy. The price for a regular gallon of gasoline dropped approximately 55 cents since reaching an all-time high on June 11. (WFLA)
