Shirtless, Beaded Man Breaks into Tampa Courthouse
The break in resulted in about $500 in damages.

Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office deputies are investigating a "beaded" burglary at the county courthouse Saturday night.
According to a media release, at about 7:34 p.m. on Jan. 26, a man in his 20s forcibly entered the Courthouse Annex, 801 E. Twiggs St., by smashing a glass door. Shortly after the unidentified man entered the building, he was discovered in the adjacent Edgecomb Courthouse, 800 E. Twiggs St., by G4S Security.
The man was shirtless and wearing parade beads and appeared intoxicated, according to the sheriff's office.

Security escorted him from the building with the intent of seeking medical assistance and having law enforcement investigate the incident, however, he fled before officers arrived.
According to the sheriff's office, video surveillance confirmed that the man was alone and no one else entered the building. The incident resulted in about $500 in damages. The investigation is ongoing.
