Skeletal Remains Found On Empty Lot On West Emily Street In Tampa

TAMPA, FL — Tampa police are investigating the discovery of human skeletal remains at a vacant property in the 200 block of West Emily Street.

The remains were discovered Wednesday. Although there are no apparent signs of foul play, Tampa detectives say it's still early in the investigation.

Detectives will continue to try to identify the remains and determine the cause of death.\
