Smith & Associates Real Estate Foundation Announces Grant Awards
Eighteen Tampa Bay nonprofit organizations will benefit from over $143,000 in funding.

TAMPA, FL — Smith & Associates Real Estate Foundation announced that it has awarded more than $143,000 in grant funding to 18 nonprofit organizations in the Tampa Bay area.
This year's grant cycle saw an increase in both the number of applicants and the amount of funding awarded, highlighting the work being done by nonprofits in the community.
"We are thrilled to support these organizations in their efforts to positively impact our
community," said Bob Glaser, CEO and president of Smith & Associates Real Estate. "Their
dedication to serving the needs of others is truly inspiring, and we are proud to be a part of their
work. Multi-year grants give our organization a better chance for involvement and helps us be
more connected to the nonprofits we hope to support."

Smith & Associate's community giving program is designed to build strong partnerships with nonprofit organizations, civic organizations and other local organizations striving to make a difference.
The grant recipients were selected based on their commitment to addressing critical community
needs focused on three elements: Housing, Community Vibrancy and Positive Education/Mental Well-Being.

- Community Stepping Stones Inc.
- Community Tampa Bay
- Cornerstone Family Ministries Inc.
- Cove Behavioral Health Inc.
- Crisis Center of Tampa Bay Inc.
- Family Dream Center
- Grow Into You Foundation Inc.
- MacFarlane Park Elementary Magnet School PTA
- Metro Inclusive Health
- Palladium Theater / St Pete College
- St Petersburg Free Clinic Inc.
- Tampa General Hospital Foundation, Inc.
- Temple Beth-El of St Petersburg
- The Phoenix
- Voices for Children of Tampa Bay Inc.
Established through the Community Foundation Tampa Bay, the foundation creates a
seamless approach for Smith employee and organizational participation in philanthropic causes
by aligning donations and sponsorships to nonprofit organizations and providing support for
volunteer engagements and board service.
Smith associates are deeply embedded in the community, volunteering over 1,000 hours in the community on an annual basis.
