Southbound I-275 Exit Ramp to Lois Avenue Closed
The announcement was made today by officials at the Florida Department of Transportation.

Attention, drivers: The southbound I-275 exit ramp (40B) that allows traffic to head south on Lois Avenue closed permanently today, according to the Florida Department of Transportation.
The ramp to northbound Lois Avenue is open for now, according to FDOT. In the future, southbound I-275 traffic will exit at Cypress Street, east of Lois Avenue, according to FDOT.
Here's a detour suggestion from FDOT: Take Westshore Boulevard, turn right and go north to Cypress Street. Then, turn right and go east to Lois Avenue.
